Colored Lights 1.12.2 mod is able to add a collection of multi-colored LED lamps that will emit light depending on the texture of the block. Now the player will have more opportunities to build more beautiful buildings using different lighting inside the house or outside.

Here Lightning Tweaks 1.15.2 is a very interesting and realistic tweak, with which the lightning will now primarily hit higher, longer and metal objects (and now you can make a lightning rod from an iron lattice, in order to protect the house).
