Here Ornamental 1.16.5-1.16.4 is a continuation of the nifty modification for newer versions of minecraft! This option is mainly intended for adding new decorative blocks to the game, including: stairs, slabs, fences, fence gates, hatches, doors and trap doors, which use vanilla materials that are not intended for crafting such objects.

Basically, you can create objects from clay, bedrock, or grass. You can also create paths that have invisible stairs. In addition to decorative blocks, the author also added small golems that can become your loyal companions!
