Persistent Bits - Tweak Block Mod For Minecraft 1.19.2, 1.18.1, 1.17.1, 1.15.2
Persistent Bits 1.19.2-1.15.2 is designed to add a block for loading chunks to the game, with which you can also view the chunk boundaries, enable protection from any other players, and change the loading radius at your own discretion.

As you know, the game generates chunks only around the player and when he moves then the previous chunks are deactivated. You can use this tweak blocks to constantly monitor everything that happens within the range of these blocks. This is mainly used with other add-ons, such as Cameras and technology mods.

Updated to 1.0 version
