Animalium - Creatures Mod For Minecraft 1.16.5, 1.15.2, 1.14.4
Animalium 1.16.5-1.14.4 is a hardcore creature mod that will add to the game a much greater threat than you think, because it will generate a completely new and very aggressive mobs with creatures.

All the lakes and rivers will be inhabited by bloodthirsty piranhas, and on land will roam huge bears, hungry wild wolves and even the rats will not allow the player to rest quietly in their homes. Use the Animalium to improve the standard variety of normal mobs because this mod contains unique behavior for new creatures. This behavior includes many factors and features of survival and it looks very realistic if you watch from the outside, for example, animals will fight for prey, migrate to new territories and run if they have lost a lot of health points.
