Immersive Portals - Realistic Tweak Mod MC 1.17.1, 1.16.5
Immersive Portals 1.17.1-1.16.5 tweak-mod allows you not only to see another dimension through portals, but also to enter them without any loading screen! This modification also supports horizontal portals to the Nether World and Ender World, which is very useful.

You can build very beautiful creative ideas where completely different worlds will intertwine but they will be linked by a portal. It is possible to build a very large portal and consider another dimension.

Updated to 0.07 version for Fabric
