Memory’s Modern 16x Texture Pack For MC 1.8.9, 1.7.10

This is one of the texture packs that was created specifically for the construction of magnificent cities and buildings. Their distinctive feature is a low resolution, that is, the load on the video card will be minimal, but this is compensated by the presence of a large abundance of decorative objects that can be used both on the streets and indoors.

All decorative blocks and items have a modern purpose that allows you to work out the location to the smallest detail. If your buildings are designed in this style or you are trying to build a modern city, this option will significantly speed up your construction.

How to install Memory’s Modern

1. Install Optifine HD (Not necessary but desirable)
2. Download the resource pack from the section below.
3. Sometimes the authors create different resolutions, Bedrock (Minecraft PE) or Java versions, so choose the option that you like or that you think your graphics card can handle.
4. Please note that some releases may contain bugs, incompatibilities with shaders and other graphics addons, and in some cases may cause conflicts within Optifine HD. You can try installing a previous build to fix this.

Manual installation:

5. Move the “Zip” file to the “Resourcepacks” folder.
6. This folder is located at the following path:

   Mac OS X:
   /Users/Your Profile Name/Library/Application Support/minecraft/
   Quick way to get there: Click on the desktop and then press the combination of “Command+Shift+G” keys at the same time.
   Type ~/Library and press the “Enter” key.
   Open the Application Support folder and then Minecraft

   Windows 11, 10, 8, 7:
   C:\Users\Your Profile Name\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\
   Quick way to get there: Press the “Windows” key and the “R” key at the same time.
   Type %appdata% and press “Enter” key or click OK.

7. Next, use step 14 to complete the installation.

Quick installation:

8. Launch the game client via the launcher.
9. In the main menu of the game, click “Options” button.
10. In the “Options” menu, select the “Resource Packs” button.
11. Click on the “Open Resource Pack folder” button.
12. Move the downloaded zip file to an open folder.
13. Click the “Done” button.
14. Your pack should have appeared in the left “Available” list, just hover over it and click on the arrow pointing to the right.
15. This will move the pack to the right “Selected” list that displays the used packs or shaders and other addons.
16. Select the desired resolution, desired addons and click the “Done” button again.
17. Now it’s loaded and ready to use in the game world!
