Spice of Life: Carrot Edition - Food Boost Mod 1.18.1, 1.17.1, 1.16.5, 1.12.2
Spice of Life: Carrot Edition (Potato Edition) 1.18.1-1.12.2 will track what food you eat, and if there is enough variety in your diet, it will allow you to get additional health units. This is of course a trifle, but a very nice bonus.

In the new menu you will be able to see what foods you need to eat to become stronger. If you do everything correctly, you can get more than 30 health points.

Updated to 1.12.0 version
